o To set benchmarks for all the processes adopted by the organisation.
o To evaluate various departments on certain parameters and benchmark some of them.
o To identify the gap areas which can be fixed.
Market Search conducted face to face discussions with all the Head of Departments to understand their expectations from their internal service provider, current practices which are good, current gap areas and expected performance level. After analysing the responses Market Search designed the survey questionnaire and the survey was launched online so every employee can easily give feedback as per their availability.
o The study helped the client to diagnose the current processes and performance efficiency of various departments and set benchmark for some of the processes.
o Identified the gap areas which need to be fixed on priority basis to align all employees towards desired goal.
